Our inventory services
Inventory Reports
Our inventory reports are clear and descriptive documents that accurately describe the current condition of your property. Our reports are enhanced with coloured photographs to give a visual depiction of the property. We visit the rental property and undertake a full inventory inspection recording the fittings, fixtures, contents and condition of the property at that time, also including any furniture.
Interim/Mid Term Inspections
It is important and beneficial for both the landlord and the tenant to keep things running as smoothly as possible when a property is let. Both Landlords and tenants can benefit from our interim reports service which can be arranged once a tenancy has begun. We will visit the property during the tenancy to identify, check and highlight any issues which may have arisen.
Check-in
At check-in we arrange to meet with the tenant before or at the start of the tenancy. We will go through the inventory report with them and obtain a signature. Not only that, we take another note of meter readings and will test all smoke alarms. We understand that some maintenance work or touch-ups may be done before the start of tenancy of which we make a note of as well.
Check-out
At check-out we visit the property at the end of the tenancy. We inspect the property throughout and note any differences between the present state of the property and that described during the inventory at the start of the tenancy. We will conduct an in-depth assessment on the condition of the property and its contents in order to identify any defects, changes and wear which the property may have sustained during the tenancy.
